Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a prestigious luxury dealership in Berkshire. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless vehicle maintenance, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Book in vehicles, raise and close job cards, and gain authorisations for work to be carried out
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system and manage customer handovers
- Cost, invoice, and up-sell services to customers, driving revenue growth
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a main dealer environment
- Excellent customer service, up-sales, and administration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple customers
- Knowledge of RTC, One Link, and Kerridge systems is a distinct advantage
- Market-leading OTE of £40,000+
