About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Industrial Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service at the trade counter and over the phone, assisting customers with product selection, and working closely with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, striving to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide information on available products.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock items.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Trade Counter or similar customer-facing role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good level of computer literacy and proficiency with IT systems.
  • A clean driving license is required for the role.

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
