**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team in Exeter. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

* Oversee HR recruitment and onboarding administration to provide a seamless candidate experience.
* Support monthly payroll processes and handle employee relations with a focus on HR best practices.
