Helicopter Pilot

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our team at the National Police Air Service (NPAS). As a key member of our air support team, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective aerial support to police forces across England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a range of aircraft, including helicopters, to provide air support to police forces
- Work closely with Tactical Flight Officers to plan and execute air support missions
- Conduct pre-planned tasks, such as support for large public events and searches for missing persons
- Respond to emergency situations, such as pursuits and searches for suspects
- Minimum of a UK Commercial Pilot's Licence (Helicopter) with RT Licence and Class 1 Medical
- At least 1,500 hours of total helicopter flying time, including 100 hours of night flying
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly and concisely
- Full UK driving licence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
