Are you passionate about recruitment and want to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at 27 Talent

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Collaborating with experienced consultants to deliver exceptional results

Our ideal candidate has a 1st Class Bachelor's degree from a Top 20 University, 3 x A's at A Levels, or 38+ IB Points. Commercial experience is desirable, but internship experience is considered relevant. You must also have a proven ability to effectively research complex topics, articulate communication and fluent spoken English, and experience conversing & working with senior stakeholders.

Our estimated salary for this role is £35,000 base salary (+ annual bonus), which aligns with industry standards in London.
