About Us:

We are a well-established and highly regarded recruitment business specializing in Accounting and Finance recruitment. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in London, taking charge of an exciting Permanent Recruitment Desk in Accounting and Finance.


In this role, you will initially have the opportunity to become a highly successful biller but also have the unique opportunity to build and lead this division, making a significant impact on its growth, future direction, and brand presence.


The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Accounting & Finance, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy, managing key accounts, sourcing top-tier candidates, and expanding your own portfolio. You will also take a leading role in building the Accounting and Finance brand, creating awareness and credibility in the market. You’ll have the chance to create a lasting impact, both in terms of revenue generation and positioning the brand as a key player in the market.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within Accounting & Finance (or similar sectors), with a strong track record in business development and candidate management.
  • Proven experience of building and managing client relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to mentor and guide junior consultants and shape the future of the division.
  • Strong business development skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues alike.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to build and market the brand in a competitive industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a high-performing team.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for delivering outstanding recruitment services.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Accounting & Finance job market is highly advantageous.
