About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Academic Delivery Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering educational programs in a partner high school, working closely with local community groups and organizations to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our partner schools and the community.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, students, and community leaders.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with the High School Co-ordinator and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
Requirements
  • Strong academic background and experience working with children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive program improvement.
  • Hold a full and clean UK driving license and a Level 2 sports coaching qualification.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Recognized Leadership or Youth Work qualification.
  • Proven track record of improving young people's physical development and educational performance.
  • Evidence of positive outcomes for young people's mental health and wellbeing.
