We're seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at Nuffield Health Newbury Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a key member of our fitness team, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on people's lives while developing your skills and career.

The salary for this role is based on 40 hours a week, comprising 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you'll reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your earning potential, which can reach up to £36,612.16 OTE. During probation, all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, ensuring a guaranteed minimum salary.

To succeed in this role, you should be confident, outgoing, and approachable. You'll need to have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) and be a natural communicator with excellent listening and explaining skills.

Your responsibilities as a Personal Trainer will include:

  • Providing full access to Nuffield Health's services
  • Motivating members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle
  • Delivering high-quality inductions, health MOTs, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties
