About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in West Sussex. As an advocate for community mental wellness, you will work with clients in Adur & Worthing, Arun, and Chichester, occasionally visiting our Brighton office. This role requires driving and owning a vehicle, with excellent communication skills and experience managing client case loads.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with professionals while retaining independence.">

What We Offer

You will receive a comprehensive induction, nationally accredited advocacy qualification, and 29 days' leave (pro rata) per year excluding bank holidays. We also offer a 3% pension contribution and access to a 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme.
