About the Role
This is an opportunity to bring your passion for care and support to a fulfilling environment where every day is different. You will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily living activities, following care plans, and ensuring they receive the care and companionship they deserve. You could also be involved in other activities such as assisting with personal care, taking residents on outings, and helping them participate in activities. Your Responsibilities
* Assist residents with their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Follow care plans to ensure each resident receives the care and support they need
* Provide one-on-one time and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities and conversations that stimulate their minds and spirits
* Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and new developments in the field
About You
To join us as a Care Assistant, you should have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents. In return, we will provide all the training you need to thrive in this rewarding role.
