Caregiver Assistant

About the Role

Your Responsibilities
* Assist residents with their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Follow care plans to ensure each resident receives the care and support they need
* Provide one-on-one time and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities and conversations that stimulate their minds and spirits
* Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and new developments in the field

About You
To join us as a Care Assistant, you should have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
