Audit Senior Role at Pro-Finance

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team at Pro-Finance, a top 20 accountancy practice. As an Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in providing audit, accounting, and tax services to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audits from planning to completion, reporting to managers and partners
  • Oversee all aspects of the audit fieldwork and completion
  • Lead onsite audit teams and complete audits with minimal supervision, to deadline and on budget
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Present results to managers and agree on commercially viable audit recommendations and business actions to address areas of risk
  • Supervise and review the work of more junior audit staff both on audits and in the office
  • Attend post-audit client meetings
Requirements:
  • ACCA or ACA qualified or QBE
  • At least three years' UK accountancy practice experience
  • Knowledge of FRS 102
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounts software
  • Ability to deliver accurate work to deadlines and under pressure with good time management skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering a first-class service to clients and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A driving license and access to transport as the majority of audits are conducted at client premises
