Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Demand Planning Specialist to join our team at GROUPE SEB UK LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in demand planning to work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive data-informed decisions.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and approving channel forecast plans, proactively challenging Key Account Managers and Channel Controllers to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will also measure promotional effectiveness to enhance accuracy in future planning and oversee inbound supply, collaborating closely with Supply Chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and approve channel forecast plans
  • Proactively challenge Key Account Managers and Channel Controllers to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Measure promotional effectiveness to enhance accuracy in future planning
  • Oversee inbound supply, collaborating closely with Supply Chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field
  • Highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
  • Analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
