Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join the Rescourcery Group team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing influential financial insights and supporting operational decision making.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborating with budget holders to understand their financial needs and provide support in financial planning and analysis.
  • Assisting in the production of accurate and timely management accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilising financial data to provide influential insights and recommendations to support operational decision making.
  • Contributing to the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Assisting in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Part Qualified Accountant qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • A solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
