**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging care workers, managing care schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of care services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think ahead, and a willingness to work in emergency situations.

**Key Responsibilities**

\
  • Coordinate care calls and allocate care workers to customers based on their needs and schedules.
  • Ensure accurate recording and management of care information on our systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the office and management teams to achieve care goals and objectives.
\

**Requirements**

\
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the care industry, preferably in care coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative.
\

**Benefits**

  • A competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
