Estimator Job Description

NSR Associates is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in the pre-construction phase of our projects. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects start on the right foot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in analyzing project plans and specifications to prepare detailed pre-construction estimates.
  • Collaborate with senior estimators to gather and review project requirements and scope.
  • Support in evaluating and identifying potential risks and opportunities during the planning phase.
  • Research and compile cost data for materials, labour, and other project components.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotes and pricing information.
  • Maintain and update estimation tools and databases to reflect current market conditions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive pre-construction reports and bid proposals.

As an Estimator at NSR Associates, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different sectors, including Retail, Logistics, Technology, and Commercial. You will be based in our office outside of West London, where you will be handling tenders worth £20-50 within Design & Build Lump Sum Tenders.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about project estimation and has a strong interest in the initial phases of construction.
