Requirements:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge and compliance with all Health and Safety, licensing laws, and food safety regulations.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic, able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
