Job Summary:

Thrive Group is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team at their largest site in Bradford. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for mechanical and electrical breakdown repairs on processing plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and carry out planned preventative maintenance activities to maximise plant reliability.
Undertake planned and emergency repairs in a safe and timely manner, including any follow-up actions and recording of work using SAP.
Develop Risk Assessment and Method Statements for all engineering activities.
Work alongside contractors during planned maintenance opportunities.

Requirements:

You must have served a recognised apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering.
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of electrical maintenance within a processing or manufacturing environment.
Experience of using H&S systems/SAP or other CMMS system is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
