Expertise in HR Data and Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data and Projects Expert to join our team within the People Function. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage expertise and technology to simplify complex processes for our colleagues.

As an HR Data and Projects Expert, you will be responsible for project managing the implementation stage of large people change projects, focusing on systems and data. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and other specialists to refine project timelines and tracking tasks across teams, as well as manipulating and analysing large datasets to meet project goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Refining project timelines and tracking tasks across teams
  • Manipulating and analysing large datasets to inform project goals
  • Validating the accuracy of people data through exception reports and updating core systems to enhance data quality
  • Liaising with third parties, such as Screening and Pension providers
  • Implementing unusual or mass employee changes, including uploads into core systems and managing communication with impacted colleagues
  • Actioning lower-level structural change activity where self-service is not possible
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proactive approach to managing projects from start to finish
  • Proven experience with enterprise-level systems, Excel, and mass data handling
  • Project planning and organising skills, with enthusiasm, flexibility, and motivation
  • Analytical and inquisitive skills, with a problem-solving approach and a willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working
  • Discretion and attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve a goal
  • Comfort with ambiguity, interpreting senior stakeholder requirements and managing expectations
