The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a care home environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and maintain high standards of care and safety
Requirements:
