Job Title: Leaving Care Worker

Barnardo's is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Leaving Care Worker to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our Leaving Care Service, you will play a vital role in supporting care experienced young people aged 16-25 to live independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out pathway plans reviews, statutory visits, and risk assessments for Lincolnshire care experienced young people.
  • Offer information, advice, guidance, and support with Accommodation, Health, EET, Finances, and Independent skills.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge or experience of working with Children in Care and Care experienced young people.
  • Presentation of self in a professional manner with continued professional development and a desire to learn is essential.
  • Experience of working with the Signs of Safety programme is desirable.
