About the Role

The District Nursing Service Lead will be responsible for providing vision and energy in developing holistic integrated care and support for patients and their families. This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and ambitious District Nurse who is committed to excellence in care and passionate about leadership.

As a Team Leader within our Integrated services, you will work with a full multi-disciplinary team of professionals to provide a preventative health agenda while focusing on continuous improvement of self, your team, and community cluster. The role requires effective management and strong leadership qualities, as well as high levels of autonomy and advanced clinical decision making.

The successful candidate will oversee the operational management of a given caseload, ensuring high-quality care for patients and support for those important to them. They will also be responsible for ensuring prudency, consistency, and a positive work culture where all team members feel valued and included.
