Marketing Administrator / PA Role at Get Recruited Ltd
Get Recruited Ltd is an award-winning recruitment consultancy located in the heart of Manchester City Centre. We are a high-energy, sales-focused business that is passionate about delivering results for our clients.
We are seeking a Marketing Administrator / PA to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Marketing Executive while providing PA support to the MD, Divisional Manager, and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of the B2B Email Marketing Program, including producing the monthly email calendar, creating text-based content/subject lines, campaign scheduling, and monitoring inbox responses.
- Data Management: Pre-campaign preparation, data updates, data collection/validation, daily lead downloads, and GDPR removal requests.
- CRM Management: Keeping the central CRM data organized, cleansed, and optimized.
- Monitoring email and domain reputation while analyzing campaign analytics to make improvements, including open rates, reply rates, lead volumes, and A/B testing results.
- Reporting on daily leads acquired, advert content quality/optimization, and weekly personal branding activity.
- Blog Writing: Researching, writing, SEO optimization, and posting to web/social.
- Personal Branding: Develop own personal brand while working closely with the wider team to encourage, amplify, and enhance their personal brands.
- Ad-Hoc Marketing Tasks: Supporting the Senior Marketing Executive with website updates, social media content, marketing automation projects, and award submissions.
Requirements:
- Experience in email marketing would be a big plus as you'll be managing a busy campaign calendar.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to write engaging content.
- A high-energy individual who is nice, hardworking, and keen to grow and succeed in marketing.
- A basic understanding of SEO principles for blog writing would be an advantage.
