Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination and administration of marketing activities, working closely with the Business Support function to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and branding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers across the firm, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration on marketing projects.
- Understand and relay the marketing needs of the firm to the central marketing team, communicating expectations accurately.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective marketing support.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) to support marketing efforts.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and client interaction.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute events effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
