We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a SEND setting in Burton. If you have a genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role
  • Support the class teacher and other teaching assistants in the day-to-day running of the class
  • Assist children during lessons and school activities
  • Support staff and children during lunch and break times
  • Manage pupils' personalised learning based on their individual needs
  • Deliver 1:1 or small group activities
  • Collect evidence of children's work to support their assessment
  • Provide physical management and care of pupils
