About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across various sectors, including Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, Utilities, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams on large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards;

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution;

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution;

  • Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to drive project success;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity;

  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed;

  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and continuous learning within the team;

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and adapt to changing project landscapes.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

">

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure or construction;

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions;

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

  • Certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP would be highly advantageous;

  • BA/BSc degree in a relevant field, such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
