This role is for 40 hours per week working a variety of shifts and will include weekends and evenings. The ideal candidate will be attending various reactive maintenance issues in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities include:

  2. Carrying out PPM checks in all front of house areas in line with resort requirements
  3. Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance checks in line with resort requirements
  4. Ensuring all jobs have been completed in a tidy and timely manner
  5. Complying with H&S, Food Safety, and Fire Safety policies at all times
  6. Safeguarding the company's property at all times
  7. Carrying out any reasonable requests by the Chief Engineer or Property Office
  8. Completing other duties as necessary

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and setting. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:

  2. A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high-quality customer care and property safety
  3. Computer literacy is preferred, however, full systems training is provided
  4. Excellent time management skills
