We are currently seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to join our team in Forfar. As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their everyday lives, enabling them to live a full, active, and independent lifestyle despite any challenges they face.
About the RoleThis is a relief role, which means you will work on a flexible basis to support the needs of our service users. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, sleepover, and nightshift working. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with additional support needs, promoting their independence, and enabling them to achieve their goals.
You will work as part of a close-knit team, supporting each other to deliver excellent care and support. You will be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and their families, using your own initiative to resolve issues and make decisions.
