The Role:
  • Assess project requirements and conduct thorough cost analysis.
  • Prepare accurate estimates for high-end interior stonework contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to ensure project success.

This full-time on-site role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in the construction or interior design industry.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Estimating, cost analysis, and project management skills.
  2. Knowledge of high-end natural stone materials and installation processes.
  3. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, estimating software).
  4. Experience working with top architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Salary Range:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
