Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV-Library. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks and repairs on a wide range of equipment, including bespoke machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs on equipment, including bespoke machinery.
  • Work to set schedules for maintenance work orders, ensuring regular maintenance of parts reduces failure and prevents large scale issues or stoppages.
  • Build and develop new maintenance schedules, working alongside technicians and production operatives to ensure productive workflows.
  • Report all failures to the Engineering Manager.
  • Manufacture parts using machines – lathes, mills, grinders and more.
  • Assist with installations of new tools/machines when required.
  • Provide general maintenance within the site.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with electrical components, or electronics in some capacity.
  • Mechanical Engineering experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • A fundamental understanding of industrial electrical circuits.
  • Exposure to working with machines such as lathes and mills.
  • A rudimentary understanding of electronic engineering would be viewed highly.
  • Full UK driving license.
