We are seeking an exceptional leader who can effectively manage workloads, act as a primary point of contact for scheme members, managers, trustees, and other third parties. Your ability to mentor less experienced administrators, build client portfolios, and ensure high-quality transactions will be invaluable.

  • Proven experience in team management and workload optimization
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders through phone and written correspondence, attending trustee meetings as required
  • Manage ad-hoc and annual pension projects with precision and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, articulating complex issues to various audiences
  • Showcase proactive approach and initiative in completing tasks efficiently

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Broad technical knowledge of pensions, particularly defined benefit schemes and UK legislation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Windows applications and systems
  • Practical understanding of GMP Reconciliation/Equalisation calculations and the Pension Protection Fund (PPF)

Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
