Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative Paediatric Ambulatory team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual with excellent leadership and communication skills to work in conjunction with Paediatric Consultants.

Main Duties
  • Provide expert care for a complex caseload of patients, accepting professional and legal responsibility and accountability for all aspects of own work.
  • Develop skills in and carry out extended roles, including advanced clinical assessment, making referrals, insertion of PICC lines, lumbar punctures, and independent prescribing.
  • Contribute to the education of the multi-disciplinary team and departmental research, audit, and quality improvement programmes.
  • Be an active leader within Paediatrics and contribute to strategic planning within the department.
