At ARC Group, we are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with our clients who require assistance with daily living tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care services. Previous experience as a care or support worker is essential, and reliability, resilience, and compassion are highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour (paid at an enhanced rate for bank holidays), plus benefits such as free uniform, paid annual leave pro-rata, weekly pay, and access to pension scheme and online training.

The role involves supporting individuals with their personal hygiene and appearance, maintaining a safe environment, and encouraging independence and motivation. You will also be responsible for completing necessary paperwork and taking service users on day trips when needed.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to treat service users with respect at all times, recognize signs of abuse, and immediately report through the necessary channels.
