Job Title: Commercial Finance and FP&A Manager

The Head of Commercial Finance / FP&A will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance to the business, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting: Develop and implement the annual budget process, ensuring resources are aligned to achieve business targets.
  • Forecasting: Collaborate with the investor relations team to develop the long-term forecast, incorporating strategic goals, market trends, and executive team vision.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce monthly/yearly management account reporting, including variance analysis and disclosures, and lead performance reviews with the leadership team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial finance and FP&A, with experience in a fast-paced consumer-driven sector. They will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or overseas equivalent, with a proven track record of achievement and career progression.
