Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play a key role in the UK Operations Finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis Director. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within UK&I Operations Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistent and accurate performance analysis and forecasts to improve business decisions.
  • Drive standardisation and excellence in financial planning (including forecasting and budgeting) and analysis for the revenue, costs, and hotels within the role's remit.
  • Work with fellow FP&A Managers to create, standardise, and manage tools, reports, and analysis centrally.
  • Ensure seamless integration across the forecasting and reporting process including Accounting & Control, Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, Central Support Functions, and Commercial Finance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years relevant and progressive work experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Hotel Finance Experience.
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
