Reporting to an Editorial Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire manuscript review process, from initial submission to final editorial decision.

Main Responsibilities

  • Foster collaborative relationships with authors, reviewers, and editors to facilitate efficient manuscript processing.
  • Monitor the peer review process to ensure timely feedback and editor-reviewer interactions.
  • Ensure all manuscripts meet journal standards by conducting thorough technical and administrative checks.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external teams to address queries and concerns.
  • Support the development of strategies to enhance manuscript quality and efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in social sciences or related field.
  • Proven track record of strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, along with PC skills.

Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
