About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use route-planning technology tools to optimize delivery routes and ensure parcels are delivered to the right place at the right time
  • Prep your van and workload for the day, ensuring you are ready to hit the road
  • Interact with customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to manage your workload and meet delivery targets
