**Job Summary**

Assystem, a leading international company accelerating the energy transition, is seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Business Unit Risk Management Plan, aligning with Group, Sector, Business, and Customer requirements, processes, and tool sets, and industry best practices.
  • Manage the cycle of Business Unit Risk Reviews, gathering, interpreting, and combining risk information from across the organization.
  • Maintain the Business Unit Risk Register, reflecting the status of risks throughout the organization, and produce supporting risk reports and metrics for the Business Unit, including analyses of incidents and assessments of risk controls.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date 'map' of risk management maturity throughout the Business Unit.
  • Escalate risk information to the Submarines Executive Business Risk Review as required, and support legitimate customer or third-party requests for high-level risk information.
  • Act as a Risk Facilitator for activities within the Business Unit and a Risk Mentor for other risk practitioners in the organization, sharing subject matter expertise within the Submarines Risk team to ensure delivery of an outstanding service to the business.

**Requirements**

  • Risk / APM Qualifications
  • Experience of using ARM

**Security Clearance**

This role requires the successful candidate to hold a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets, the successful candidate has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non-ITAR country.
