About the Role">

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Chichester. The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities">
  • Analyse sales reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead by example, providing guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they meet their personal objectives and contribute to store success.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to develop and implement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the Store Manager with performance management, including progress meetings and appraisals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting employee engagement and development opportunities.
