Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 1

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and flexible SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support for children with special educational needs in Key Stage 1.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a committed and patient individual to work with children across different age groups and learning needs. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to children with SEN, particularly ADHD and language delays, and assist with lunchtime and afternoon sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 support to children with SEN, including those with ADHD and language delays
  • Assist with lunchtime and afternoon sessions, including supporting children with their daily routines
  • Work with children across different age groups and learning needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ADHD and language delays
  • Patience and adaptability when working with children with varying needs
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
