We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a friendly and supportive school in Uckfield, East Sussex. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and group support, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
  • Build confidence and encourage students to develop socially, emotionally, and academically
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure holistic support for each student

Requirements
  • Level 2 or 3 certificate in supporting teaching and learning in schools (not essential) / or equivalent relevant experience
