Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Planning Professional to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a Senior Construction Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with complex projects in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with front-end development processes, including knowledge of FEL gates.
  • Plan and schedule client work packages.
  • Work with clients, consultants, and contractors to schedule planning, permitting, and other regulatory approvals.
  • Challenge client and contractor schedules, including demonstrating the basis for challenges.
  • Review progress submissions from contractors and provide advice and guidance to clients.
  • Lead schedule reviews and meetings with contractors on behalf of clients.
  • Schedule interactive planning reviews and what-if analysis.
  • Provide schedule input to client project teams and business support functions.
  • Offer ad-hoc support to clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a senior commercial role on major capital projects (£100m-£1bn).
  • Experience with major EPC or EPCM contracts, either client or contractor side.
  • Strong planning background, ideally client-side, with knowledge of risk management.
