Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager/Production Coordinator to join our team at TC Personnel Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient production processes
  • Oversee stock levels, monitor supply and demand trends, and coordinate with suppliers and production teams
  • Analyze data and forecasts to optimize inventory levels, minimize costs, and maximize productivity
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve inventory management and production efficiency
  • Compile daily reports and address inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of pricing, purchases, and other relevant information
  • Perform random checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Plan production schedules based on order delivery deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in production planning and inventory management
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Own transport is essential due to the location
  • Full training will be given regarding the production process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Mintsoft order picking/processing software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and follow procedures to the letter
  • Good eye for detail and ability to check stock levels regularly
  • Ability to complete required paperwork and update stock information on the computer system

Working Hours: 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday

Starting Salary: £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and ability
