Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Smart10 Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  2. Process HR administration tasks, including leavers, family leave, flexible working, and sickness.
  3. Monitor shared inboxes and respond to employee queries regarding HR and training matters.
  4. Ensure timely and smooth transfer of information to the payroll team.
  5. Support with new starter administration.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  2. Identify new training providers and manage the department's Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL's).
  3. Participate in ad hoc project work or other activities under the guidance of the Lead People coordinator and HRBP's.
  4. Collate data and prepare reports and presentations related to HR and training activities.
  5. Work collaboratively with the wider HR community to implement HRIS modules.
  6. Develop personal capability through assessments, training, coaching, and maintain professional accreditations.
  7. Support the transformation programme in HR and region.
  8. Assist and support the L&D, Recruitment, and Payroll function administration providing cover during annual leave and absence.
  9. Good knowledge of all MS Packages, including Excel.
Requirements:
  1. Previous HR experience.
  2. Previous experience with HRIS or Payroll systems.
  3. Knowledge of Workday.
