Dispensing Assistant Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dispensing Assistant to join our team at Contract Personnel Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in dispensing eyewear and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Implement minor repairs to frames and perform various tests to support optometrists.
  3. Maintain accurate records and communicate with the Practice Manager as required.
Sales and Customer Management:
  1. Maximize sales while minimizing costs to meet targets and achieve specified margins.
  2. Understand customer needs and wants, recommending products and merchandise accordingly.
  3. Develop and maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, payment policies, and security procedures.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Teamwork and Communication:
  1. Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and maintain positive working relationships.
  2. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings to improve processes and workflows.
Health and Safety:
  1. Maintain a safe working environment by following company procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  2. Adhere to the company's Health and Safety Policy to ensure the well-being of employees and customers.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Represent the company at events and undertake other tasks as reasonably requested.
  2. Continuously develop skills and knowledge to enhance performance and contribute to the company's success.
