Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Orion Engineering Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing financial guidance to the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget and forecast reports, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  2. Support the preparation of statutory accounts and assist with audit queries.
  3. Coordinate with other service providers for various activities, including group funding requests, VAT submissions, and tax returns.
  4. Ensure accurate cash calls and reporting of joint venture billing.
  5. Act as the point of contact for all joint venture matters, preparing monthly management accounts and chairing finance committee meetings.
  6. Execute daily cash duties, including processing outgoing payments and recording incoming cash transactions.
  7. Support ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  1. Considerable financial experience.
  2. Fluent in English; French would be advantageous.
