Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at B&M Waste Services Limited. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in a customer-focused sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceeding Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to exceed store sales targets and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing, well-organized, and reflects the company's brand image.
- Commercial Acumen: Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth and manage store profitability.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class customer experience, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and store maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a retail management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the retail industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
