Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Finance and Operations to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. This role requires a strategic, hands-on approach to oversee all financial and operational aspects of the business.

About You

You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting as well as managing financial performance to ensure strong profitable performance. Your skills should include financial management, operations management, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Manage financial performance to ensure strong profitable performance.
  • Provide financial modelling for new projects and services.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Liaise with third parties such as banks and lenders.
  • Manage risk and insurance.
  • Work with the Head of Business Development and Delivery to support delivery of excellent client service and product delivery.
  • Manage and deliver various projects to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Contribute to business strategic direction and decision-making.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a relevant accounting qualification, a strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles, and proven experience in managing teams and projects. You should also have an understanding of risk management principles and ability to identify and mitigate risks.
