Job Description:

The HR Business Partner will contribute to the delivery of overall business goals through the delivery of the HR Strategic Plan. This will involve ensuring that people issues are considered at the early stage of strategy formulation and enabling the business to achieve its goals by having the right people, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To understand key performance issues and objectives and drive the HR agenda to support business strategy and delivery.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to support delivery of HR Strategy.
  • To champion and implement HR initiatives across functions and business units and act as an ambassador for the HR function.
  • To initiate and influence change management programmes.
  • To champion communication and staff engagement within the business.
  • To coach, challenge, and advise managers on HR issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-educated background, ideally CIPD level 7 or equivalent.
  • A proven background within a Senior HR Business Partnering role.
  • Influencing change with key stakeholders.
  • Coching Executives and Leaders.
  • Strong business and commercial awareness.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo.
