Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in the delivery of our projects, working closely with our team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day delivery of projects, working collaboratively with the team.
  • Production of planning and construction drawing packages, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control.
  • Working within project teams and independently, as required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience, currently operating at Project Architect level or managing own projects.
  • Keen to work on projects from inception to completion (RIBA stages 0-7).
  • Experience in preparing planning and working drawing construction packages, and good knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policy, and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • The majority of our projects are delivered in REVIT.
