Electrical Contract Manager

An established Electrical Contract Manager is required to lead our team at HR GO Recruitment in delivering successful electrical projects across Bridgwater. With your extensive experience in electrical design and tendering, you will oversee the preparation of detailed tenders, ensuring they meet customer expectations.

About the Position:

This permanent role requires current UK right to work and offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including company contributory pension and free parking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive tenders aligned with customer requirements for electrical projects.
  • Oversee the analysis and review of customer specifications to guarantee accuracy and completeness of tender documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams to obtain necessary technical information for tender submissions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to clarify technical details and resolve issues.
  • Lead the sales team with technical expertise throughout the tendering process.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all tender submissions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on electrical design and tendering.
  • Expert knowledge of design standards and regulations for electrical systems.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Details:

Salary: £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM, Total: 37 hours per week

Holidays: 25 days annual leave, plus bank and public holidays.

Benefits: Company contributory pension and free parking.
